The Excelsior Springs Business Women of Missouri club will celebrate its 80th Anniversary during 2019. The club was chartered on February 6, 1939 at a formal dinner held at the Elms Hotel as the 59th club in the state.
Women of Excelsior Springs and surrounding communities who would like to help celebrate during the month of February have several options for learning about our organization and mission.
Club members will be presented a Proclamation from Mayor Brad Eales on Monday, February 4, at the regular city council meeting in the Hall of Waters, 6 p.m.
A commemorative photo is scheduled for Saturday, February 9, at the Hall of Waters, 3 p.m. All women encouraged to come join us.
The ESBWM will host an Excelsior Springs Chamber Business After Hours at the Mid-Continent Public Library, 1460 Kearney Rd., Excelsior Springs on Tuesday, February 19, 5 to 7 p.m.
